1. Acid storage tanks: We design & fabricate HCL storage tanks, Nitric storage tanks, Chemical storage tanks, Alkali storage tanks from 500 Liter to 100 KL & member of construction are FRP, PP/FRP, PVC/FRP as per BS:4994. Our design & fabricated acid storage tanks expected life is 15 - 16 years.
2. Fumeless pickling line: We design & fabricate fume less pickling line for wire industry. We use quality material from quality suppliers (Epoxy vinyl ester resin - Ashland USA) in our fume less pickling line; so that our customer enjoy maintenance free pickling. Our fume less pickling line expected life is 10 - 12 years.
3. Wet scrubber system: We design & fabricate wet scrubber systems for plating industry, Galvanising industry, chemical process industry, steel industry, pharma industry, automobile industry etc. We also supply parts if wet scrubber system to modified your existing fume exhaust systems as we scrubber, packed bed tower, SO2 tower, Graphite scrubber, venturi scrubber, centrifugal blower, ducting, lip ducts, hoods & stack etc. Member of construction are FRP, PP/FRP, PVC/FRP.
4. FRP LINING: A properly selected and formulated FRP lining last for 10 - 12 years, hence saving a considerable amount of money and time, FRP lining resistant to most of corrosive chemicals so it can be used as a protective lining in many applications some of the common applications are as under:
• FRP lining in Pickling tanks for GI pipe & wire industry.
• FRP lining in Processing tanks for steel strip industry.
• FRP lining in Plating tanks, Galvanizing tanks.
